Our standard dispatch time is 7 business days. This is the time it takes for us to complete your order and drop it off with your chosen mail carrier. Delivery from there depends on the carrier.

For mail-in orders, the turnaround is about 2 weeks total—one week for your console to reach us, and one week for us to complete the build and return it through your selected carrier.

A laminated screen means the glass and display are fused together, removing the small air gap found in non-laminated screens. This makes colors look richer, reduces glare, and gives a smoother touch feel—almost like the image is sitting right on the glass. Non-laminated screens still look great, but they can have slightly more reflection and a “gap” effect between the glass and display.

Yes. These are called Mail-In orders. When placing your order, just add the Mail-In option to your cart to let us know you’ll be sending in your own console. Once your console arrives, we’ll complete the work and ship it back to you.

Our consoles are built on original Nintendo hardware and are sold without games included. To play, you will need a cartridge. Many customers use original cartridges from their collection, while others choose a flash cartridge, which allows multiple games to be loaded from a computer onto a single cart.
