The company had some theft issues over the holidays and my order ended up being delayed. Ben (the owner) went above and beyond to make it right even though it wasn’t his fault. I can only imagine losing equipment and in turn losing customers over some selfish persons actions, but Ben still made the effort and got the item out to us as fast as possible. The Gameboy was fantastic. Looking at the handheld console, you would NEVER think that it was refurbished. It looks amazing. I can’t get my husband to put it down. The company did a fantastic job.
